Driver for bluetooth compatible in windows 7 ultimate for e macine by acer

Hello, i have a problem with my laptob. i bought an e machine with an i3 proccessor. my problem is that in mo os windows 7 ultimte, my bluetooth seems to b like an imultaor only. i can't used it for transfering some data. What should i do?
