32 and 64bit disk

my windows 7 upgrade home premium has 2 disk...32 and 64....can i use both at the same time on different computers?

No - you only have one license key, and so you'll only be able to activate one copy of Windows.

thats what i thought ...what about buying a lics key off ebay?

I personally wouldn't trust an eBay key. Microsoft doesn't sell license keys by themselves, so anyone selling one is doing something rather shady, IMHO.
