It appears to me that they are counting the amount of time it takes to compress the whole movie. It has takin athlon x2 80mins so far, and the Intel system 1560 minuets so far. So If that is the case, then Intel is getting owned.

Look at the stres test chart...
Theres a typo they ment EncodING and not Encoded...

People should learn to read carefully!
