HI im new, with a BIG PROBLEM. PLEASE HELP!

SO MY ASUS X53U, WITH A C60 PROCESSOR, yeah i know.... is having alot of problems. I lost admin rights. it cant find . it wont open anything.. it wont download. all I can do is broswe the internet.

X53u c 60 amd brazos dual core win7 premium 4gb ram 320 gb HDD VISION AMD RADEON HD6290 gfx I think its built in.

oh yeah, I also have a problem with accesing my admin account, and the environment....all bad...smh.
