Haven't used my notebook for 6months now due to being in prison. Booted up from standby without a problem but when i restarted i am unable to enter my password into the prompt. What could be wrong?
Is it possible a key is stuck? I say this because if I press R the system goes into a reboot, however i doubt this is the problem. Also if i try and go into safe mode i am unable to go up and down? Hope soemone can help me get this working again.
