Really Need Help Picking New Monitor

Hello, I broke my dell 23" LCD monitor. I'm currently looking for a new monitor, I was going to buy another monitor because of the work I do which is very monitor intensive.
I was wondering if you guys could give me advice as to the best monitor for the money in the 23-24" range. If possible I would like something that can do 3D, at least one but its not a must. I plan to get a mount so I can set these monitors side by side, not sure yet how many I'll get in the end but 3 probably is enought. Lastly, if anyone knows of a great site for monitor reviews (not cnet) that would be a big help.

My generally recommendation for something inexpensive would be the Dell U2312 / U2412.

You can't go wrong with any of the Dell Ultrasharp models. They generally have less backlight bleed than their ASUS relatives (Pro Art - PA series).

Thanks for the help, im well aware that u cant go wrong w dells i think iv decided on 24" and I need a pair side by side for trading. Only issue I was thinking about is should I get one that can do "3d", but im concern then that the same chart will look a bit off between each monitor. Again, thanks for the links.
