You can download it from your laptop maker's website. You will need to know the exact model name/number (usually on a sticker underneath).

Some manufacturer's websites (eg Toshiba) let you enter your laptop's serial number to avoid any model identification errors, so use that where possible. It's also on a sticker underneath.
