1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. On the Install/Uninstall tab, click Microsoft MSN Gaming Zone or Zone,
and then click Add/Remove, or delete folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft MSN
Gaming Zone
4. Quit Internet Explorer if it is running.
5. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
6. Double-click Internet.
7. Under Temporary Internet Files, click Settings, and then click View
Objects.
8. Right Click the HearbeatCtl Class program file Remove.
9. Restart your computer.
