Window cannot repair this computer automatically

Hello,
i am using windows 7 ulti 32 bit and while starting i am getting "windows cannot repair this computer automatically"
and in Diagnostic and repair details

Root cause found:

Start up Repair ha tried several times but still cannot determine the cause of the problem

if you could start it i would do a virus check without network connected .

Follow the directions here. Its the same for vista/7
