You don't need any software to format your system, Windows 7 installer will do that as part of the install process.

Just start up with the installer disk in the DVD drive, select custom install, and unpartition all partitions that exist, and then install on the unpartitioned space. This will delete all information on the drive, so back up anything that you want before doing this.
