try these for a start or get a router like the netgear rp614 among others that will do this for you

I just bought a netgear router (rp614) and it auto-emails me visited urls. turns the net off at a specified time, can block by keywords\domains\services etc and only cost me 40 bux after rebates etc link to the deal I put together (I am aw3dhg there)

Cheaper route would just be to checked your History and Temporary Internet Files.... sure they can delete them, but if they are, they must be hiding something.

true but I like the fact that I can limit the actual usage with service blocking .. no more struggling to get them to turn off the computer .. 11 pm comes and the net is no longer available to them at all until the next morning. Plus if I choose to I can make specific url's or use url keywords to preeempt any attempts to access bad sites (although this has not been an issue so far)

Ok, so I'm not a parent yet, but shouldn't there be some trust and privacy involved? I like the idea of being able to turn off net access so they'll sleep at night, but monitoring their sites seems a bit extreme.

A little porn never hurt anybody.
