4 inch line of stuck pixels

I'm having a bit of trouble with my monitor, over the past few months a line of red, stuck pixels have been coming and going. Picture below

Is there anyway I can fix that line by opening the monitor? I've tried all the "traditional" methods and nothing has worked. Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you need to send it back to the manufacturer to get it fixed under warranty (hopefully) or just by a new monitor.
