pressing f11 does not work , nothing happens,it boots up normal.i need to restore my touchsmart to factory settings . can anyone help.....please!

Are you trying to enter BIOS?? WHY???
Ask for help before doing anything if you don't know what you are doing
By pressing F12 you can go into Windows error Recovery
By pressing Delete you can go into BIOS Settings
