I have ordered parts for my PC builds from them and never had any issues one way or the other. Ebuyer are pretty good also probably my preferred site. Aria are the only ones I ever had any issues with but even that was because I felt I should not be paying postage on a returned motherboard. They did test it and return it working for free though so in the end it worked out.

So basically I would not have any issues with overclockers and would use them again.

used them loads of times

along with aria,scan.ebuyer,dabs

never had any problems with overclockers.co.uk

and have never had any issues with their courier service

in fact DPD is the only courier i have ever had who gave me a one hour time window for delivery

every delivery i have had has been promised for between 3pm and 4pm and every one was delivered within that hour

only had to use their customer service once and got a reply to my email within an hour and they sorted my problem out

immediately

I've had some issues with some b grade items but generally I've found them to be very good. They keep a good stock of unique items but can be slightly more expensive than ebuyer.

Use to use them a lot, but customer services went down hill a few years back, supposed to have had a reboot, but never bothered with them again. I find eBuyer and Scan a little cheaper and had no issue so far.

I've bought lots of parts from them and never had a problem. The only shop i prefer is scan.co.uk (due to free shipping). They have really good weekly deals as well.

Hi :)

I agree with Stig... we have bought from them but they had an awful reputation for returns...

As he said , its MEANT to be better now, but we use other companies generally...Ebuyer etc...

All the best Brett :)

Personally I like their website and their product range, but they often are a bit dearer than other suppliers, especially for delivery. They do seem to use a higher quality of courier (no cheap option like a lot of places) and I can't complain about them delivering stuff on time, but I really think they need to up their level of customer service to justify the cost.

My recent experience involved them sending a broken computer case (not their fault, it was sealed) and having to contact customer support to get it fixed. I'm not sure if it was incompetence, confusion or outright lies, but I wasn't impressed.

It was implied that by signing for it, I accepted any damage (incorrect)

I was told I would have to pay to send the broken case back to them, as they insisted on treating it as an RMA, despite the email chain starting an hour after the parcel arrived. (also incorrect)

When I pointed out their errors they asked me to send photos of the damage. By the end of the day they had agreed to send me another case. The original damaged case was never mentioned nor collected (their loss).

For me it ended fine, but I can see people getting messed around by crap like that.

They were clearly marked as B-grade though?

I had issues with them years ago, being really difficult about refunding a broken motherboard that was dead on arrival. A bit later (could have been when Google shopping retailer reviews came in), I noticed they had an average review rating of 3. It has since increased significantly, though they could have written/purchased a load of positive reviews, so who knows! Between Scan, Aria, Dabs, eBuyer and Novatech though, there's not really any reason to bother with them.

After researching prices for a few days on most of the major online PC component retailers I found that overclockers are consistently more expensive than ebuyer and aria, not to mention ebay and amazon.
