Hey guys i recently ditched my XP and installed Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit just to play just cause 2 ( lol ) could have just dual booted but it was time for a change anyways. So my problem is ever since i installed windows 7 i am getting slow torrent speeds, i have a 1.5mpps internet connection, which usually means downloads should be running at 150kb's / sec at least but im getting a max of about 20 kb's / sec. I have tried various torrents just to ensure its not the seeders etc.
My ports a forwarded etc, i turned off my firewall and avg to see if any of those were the culprits, but i just cant seem to find an answer. Thanks in advance if anyone has a solution !
