Is this repairable?

My screen started flickering this morning. It'll either go in waves at low intensity or flicker really quickly like this video here.

Is this something I can fix? I've had this monitor, a BenQ V2400eco for about 2 years so it is no longer under warranty. It's also clearly not the wire since I filmed this video with only the power plugged in.

It could be a problem with the circuit board. Not sure. The only way to know is to bring it in for repairs and get an estimate.

You might want to consider just buying a new monitor. For inexpensive monitors I would recommend Asus in general. They are relatively inexpensive and seems to be of at least average quality.
