Am having difficulties accessing this:

http://sympatico.zone.msn.com/en/bridge/rooms_computer.htm

And other card games. Games such as Jeopardy, for example work fine.

I receive the following error:
Installation in progress. Once installation is complete, you will be taken
to your game.

Sorry, we were unable to install your game.
Follow the instructions below. If you still have difficulties, click here
to try to install again.

I've looked at numerous forums, have tried all the suggested things that
may fix the problem, such as anything browser related (cookies, cache,
Microsoft Java VM/Sun Java, security settings). I've re/uninstalled MSN
Gaming Zone multiple times (add/remove), looked at the registry for entries
to the game folders, removed them, uninstalled/reinstalled windows gaming
zone files(Windows Components), removed conflict.xxx files, removed
heartbeat class file, disabled Windows Firewall as well. I've done all
these multiple times with no luck. I've downloaded full install packages
for the zone files, and installed these (10MB package) with all the files.
Yet, we still can't play the games.

The person in question using this just finished upgrading from Windows ME
to XP, because for some reason, she could not access her camera, so they
performed the upgrade.

I noticed on the internet in some other forum, that a person had the same
problem with Windows 98SE. Finally, he got ieverything to work, but he
doesn't know what he did to remedy the problem, other than his reinstalling
five or more times.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. If a copy of this email could be
posted on the web site for resolution, then that would also be of a big
help. Perhaps also we can help someone else, without having to delete
Windows & the Program files.

Thanks,
Louis

If there were actually \conflict folders, the Zoner might run Regedit,
press F3, type \Conflict and click Find Now. If any hits are Zone
related, delete them. Other than that, this seems to be a common
problem with XP right now, and I don't know of a solution.
