Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums

You need to turn off the Print Spooler Service to flush the old jobs out of it. Use your Windows key and R together to bring up the Run box then type services.msc into the box and hit Enter. Scroll through the list of Services to Print Spooler and double click it. Click on the Stop button then Apply and OK and restart the computer. The Service will have restarted but the old print jobs will have disappeared.
