Can not get Epson NX330 printer to work

Was working a couple of days ago. I restarted, reinstalled cd installation, unplugged. Using the usb connection. I saw a document converter tab, but it had disapeared.

Can't get it to work how? Computer not seeing it at all? Error messages? Need details as to what is going on.
