No volume

Hi all,
Perhaps you can help? I have an Acer 6935 with Blu Ray and the touch sensitive cine panel. Recently the system volume has started to slide back to zero on its own regardless of what I set it to on the slider control. It happens in all media applications and even when I try to reset in the sound system menus.
I am not particularly IT savvy so simple help required please. Thank you.

Try heading to Acer's support site and reloading the driver/software for the sound card and see if that helps things out. If not, report back to us and we'll see what else we can come up with.
