Toshiba, satellite c655d

Hello,
Toshiba sent out a bios update. upon download and install I started getting conflicts. I discovered that this manufacturer update installed 32 bit bios into a 64 bit. Where can I get a download to correct this bio fail?

I have surfed the toshiba site and windows to find the fix for this. The bios are no where on the toshiba site as far as I can tell. I find this all very suspect due to the fact that this laptop just reached its 1 yr limit last month.
