Windows cannot connect to Group Policy Client on startup

Hi, when I log on to my administrator profile, I get the message, "Windows cannot connect to group policy client". It is really annoying and I really want to know how to fix it. I have tried sfc /scannow with elevated privileges, but it does not show anything wrong. I am really tired of searching, somebody please help. Thanks!
