Blue Screen... Please Help

My computer came with windows 7. I decided to put windows 8 on it to dual boot. It worked good but after a while, it started causing problems with my hard drive, so i removed windows 8. Everything was back to how it was before I put windows 8 on my computer. Now I've been getting blue screens, randomly... Here is the report:

Looks like it the most recent event is related to a file fastfat.sys.

It's a driver file related to a program that is running on the computer and when it gets called up from System Memory that is when it hits you with the BSOD.
