Hi,
I was once the proud owner of a Dell UltraScan P1690 24" CRT monitor, that I recently had shipped from Nashville to Cambridge.
Unfortunately, the monitor was damaged in the move. Fortunately, UPS is willing to pay the value of the monitor, but Dell doesn't seem to
sell them anymore and I need a value for the claims company. I can find support info on the Dell website no problem, but not a price.
Is there any way to obtain documentation showing how much the P1690's were going for when they were still being sold by Dell?

Ask UPS if they will replace with a current equilivant. (likely less than
the P1690 was new).
