Hi everyone
just wanted to get some opinions on my Funhouse machine I just got.
It is a little more "used" than I expected but It did come with tons of
new stuff.
I spent a couple hours last night working on Rudy's head to get it all
cleaned and operating properly (BTW it was "supposed" to be 100%
working???)
Anyway it came with an extra playfield that was supposedly stripped and
a new overlay put on. There isn't any clearcoat on it and I was
wondering if I would use it for HUO would I really "need" to get it
clearcoated?
Or would I be better off selling that playfield and sending out the
original one to have it touched up and clearcoated?
How much would a non DP playfield go for?
I would assume the overlayed one (the way it is now) would be worth
less than the original one if I were to get it fixed and cleared.
Thanks ...Larry

I would send out the original and get it touched up and cleared. Then
when you get it back hold them side to side and decide. You will be
able to sell either one (unless of course the miraculous rumored repros
come out soon and are done well). I would prefer original to an
overlay anyday

Larry,

As a baseline, a while back a CC'd overlaid FH PF went for around a
grand on ebay.
