BAD_POOL_CALLER x2 Blue Screen

Hello, Im having some problem with my computer. First of it freezes up quite often, it slows down repeatedly time after time. Especially when the computer have been on for 5 -10 minutes. But I have been getting 2 blue screens, both when just browsing the web. Could anyone help me figure out what is causing these blue screen?

DMP #1: It appears to be caused by a file called "NETIO.SYS".

There was actually a fix for this that might help. It can be found HERE

DMP #2: It appears that both of them are results from the same file.
