Haunted House and Black Hole, gotta have them both. I am more attached to
HH, but that was only because I played it on location. HH is a bit slower.
Black Hole is a better game for sure. I remember shopping out one once, and
it was blowing a fuse on startup. I changed a bad bridge rec and when the
thing went into full attract mode, the volume was all the way up. When I
first heard, "No one escapes the black hole." for the first time, I almost
pissed myself. The reentry thing is really hard to call too. I think the
fact the game is almost impossible to beat, and for it's time, yeah, bullet
proof it right, grounding and stuff, and keep it!
You should have seen the one Mark Schneck had, of MTW Enterprises
(http://www.silverballsolutions.com). no wear I could see, even around the
plexiglass. He replaced many coil sleeves and many coils I think. Can't
remember the details.
The speed was insane. No way you could imagine this was a game from '82. I
think he sold it at Allentown. Somebody got a really nice game.
