I'm a third year architect student who needs a laptop with alot more power.
I dont really play video games but i have to run rather large programs such as revit, autocad, rhinoceros, rendering programs, photoshop, illustrator, indesign...basically all those design type programs and often times i need to have a few of them up at once.
I'm mostly concerned with just getting the fastest thing out there for my budget which is about $1000-1500. Nothing too large, maybe a 15.6" screen (since i have to lug it all over the place), preferably with a backlite keyboard and I'll have it for a good 3 years.
I was looking at hp, vaio, acer, and asus laptops with i7 processors but i dont know which one would be the best choice?
Asus laptops with i7 processors are my choices. It features 8-way processing for ultimate smart performance. Intel® Turbo Boost Technology delivers extra performance when you need it and increased energy efficiency when you don't.
