my computer was running at 46*C at full load with the side panel off and when I put it back on it went up to 48*C. Does this mean I have bad air flow? Right now im using an antec lanboy with the 2 stock 120mm fans and a zalman 7000ALCU.

What psu are you using? If you are using a good psu, with 2 strong fans, you might want to turn one of your other fans into an intake. If you are not using that type of psu, get one.

53 and stable? if yes, then I would not worry.

At 60*, I would start worrying. There is nothing harmful under 60 if the system is stable. It meand that the cooling is adequate and the heat is well evacuated from the case.

Hey.. Prescott temps are in the 50*..

Bad? No. Perfect? No. You're pretty average. If I'm looking at the correct case, you've got only two 80mm fans and your PSU for air flow and and what looks to be pretty crappy intake venting. So no surprise that your air flow is just average then. Try something like cracking open the bottom one (or two) PCI cover(s) for a start to let more air in.
