Why nero not run in win7

My operating system is windows 7 ,when i want to burn the dvd/cd through Nero but ic cant support .
please give me reply

The version of Nero you're using would be helpful.

I know Nero 8 and 9 work with Windows 7. Anything before that won't. So, if you're running Nero 7 or earlier, you'll have to upgrade to at least Nero 8.
