Hello,how to activate the Bluetooth of hp 630

I'm not 100% sure that this will help you, but you should have 2 options.
Go to the Device Manager and expand Network Adapters. If it is 'Realtek 802.11b/g/n, then you are most likely out of luck. If it says Atheros 802.11b/g/n Bluetooth 3.0 Combo, then you should reinstall the drivers for it.

Atheros 802.11b/g/n Bluetooth 3.0 Combo

Now go to Device Manager, expand Network Adapters, what is it ? If 1 that means your machine has NO Bluetooth at all, If 2, reinstall driver may help. Here is the place to download drivers:
