You know, in the summer I can go a whole month without playing. Seems
like a shame to walk by the machines every day and not fix/play, but I
know as soon as the snow is flying I will be back at the hobby again.
Trying to get that workbench wall in the garage finished....
Never knew they mined code. I always thought that came from computer
geeks.

Go buy another game, you'll feel better. :-)

I'd die... Last time was for 3 days, 2 years ago and I was flu stricken.

That is where we geeks work, in the mines. Code mines. Very similar to
deep coal mining. We had a cavein and I am trapped in the shaft until I
can mine enough code to get back to the surface... Damn, the canary
just keeled over.

Sounds like you're a canary in a codemine...

So I actually stop and take the time to play some at lunch today... The
news has broken and the pressure is off.
I go to one place, MM is dead. Next place down the road, no more
pinball, back to T3. Last game, suddenly I an kicking ass, 350M+ on
ball 2, GC(me) is 398M. ARRGGGHHH! Time to go. Can not justify
staying... turn to college kid at next table. "Do you play pinball?"
"um yeah?" "if you can get 50M in 3 balls, you can be GC, but you know
it was me!" "oh wow, thanks!"
