Hello, i am using a hp printer 9500 multi-fuction, it's a printer/scanner/fax all in one hardware. my problem is for my scanner, the moment i will scan a document it will automatically sent to my office e-mail address. but the thing is, i am not receiving any attachment at all. what would be the main problem of this? only what i received is these message "Please open the attached document. This document was digitally sent to you using an HP Digital Sending device.",,but there's no attachment at all.? please help thank u

Is your email server removing the attachment? You might need to white-list the scanner so that does not happen.
