5. How much battery life do you need? Not important

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo / Video editing, watching movies, Etc.) School work - watch downloaded movies
8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need? open
9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/671933-REG/ASUS_K72F_A1.html .....,but doesn't matter
10. How long do you want to keep your laptop? 5 yrs+/-
11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ? just something to burn and move data back&forth

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed. I had hoped to get something w/o integrated graphics, thinking it would play games better? Looking for a realdeal in a midrange laptop. Rebates? Coupons? I can't afford a really gaming laptop like cyberpower.com

I hope this can help people to better find their ideal notebook.
Additionally... you should also consider what support options are available in your area. If say you buy something abroad, will you be able to have it fixed near where you live? Does the warranty apply? How quickly do local accredited technicians fix laptops?

Thanks Everyone!
