Decibel Sound Level Meter

Hey, I'm not quite sure if this is the correct section, but I'm looking for a sound level meter for testing CPU coolers and case fans. I'm not looking to spend much, I'm just looking for something simple, and straight to the point. I have no idea what to get, so I'd love to hear some suggestions.

Alright, thanks. Anymore suggestions, preferably something with ratings and in the $15-40 range? Thanks. Lower cost the better.
