Canon print head alignment issues canon i9900

My Canon i9900 ink jet printer has color issues. Inks are fine, print head cleaned, but when I run an alignment test, the colors under columns G and J are blank. All other colors show up okay. What gives?

are you talking about nozzle check? i think the print head is blocked/not working properly in 2 colour channels. try running head clean again, you may need to do this a few times. but if its still not printing those colours after that, then either your head or purge unit is not working properly.
