K6-III+ 450 core voltage?

I've installed a K6-III+ 450 on my old Abit TX5 motherboard. It works (but for some reason not until I changed from Win95 to Win98). But, I had to use a CPU core voltage of 2.1V instead of the 2.0V specified on the chip since this is as low as the TX5 will go. Will this extra 0.1V harm my new CPU? I've got the 450Mhz using 75x6 (by setting multiplier to 2 as indicated by Tom).

Having re-read Tom's recent socket 7 article, I feel reasonably confident that 2.1V won't do any harm since an increase of 0.1-0.2V is suggested for overclocking the K6-III+. Although I'm not overclocking, the increase of 0.1V shouln't do harm, right?

2.1 is perfectly okay (assuming you motherboard is accurate). Amd technotes say 2.2v max.
