Small Gaming Tv no Input lag

I'm looking for a 19 inch tv to use for gaming, I use component cables and am looking for something with very little input lag as I plan to play a lot MW3 on it. I had a Sansui 19 inch tv HDLCD19WB, and it had somehere between 30 and 40 ms of input lag, which, while not unplayable, made it so that my aim felt a bit off. I am looking at a few tv's in particular but am open to any suggestions .
