mouse acting weird in XP

Hi all:
I got another problem to ask.
I found that computer with XP have some mouse issue. I don't know if it's just me but I have installed XP for over 20 systems. About 60% of those systems all have same mouse problem. That is, after some certain usage of a fresh installed XP, the mouse will not moving very smoothly and will stuch in some angle. It doesn't matter if it's a optical, ball, wirelless or wired. The only thing I can solve this problem is to reinstall the XP but again after certain period the mouse will stuck again. I have heard that XP has this issue and is well known. But I never see a post about it.
Can anyone help?

Never heard of, or seen this problem. Are you using some mousesoftware of some kind? Or just plain ms-drivers?

No. As I mentioned, it happends to most of the system I installed. And most of them are just normal mouse, some are wireless.
