i was thinking about buying 1080p monitor samsung 21.5 inch or 23 inch s22b300b or 23b300h(this is hdmi one).

i need to know which size is perfect to watch movies that i download being there each file size 1.3 gb and very few being 1.9 gb and 2gb (mostly this size one is 720p or 1080p) also some of my 1080p files are even around 1.3 gb.

so for viewing them should i stick with 21.5inch or go for 23inch.
as these monitors are max of 1080p @60hz

For watching movies, I think one would normally sit back from the screen, so bigger is generally better until you hit limits of your budget or physical space for the screen (or weight limit for whatever's supporting the screen). For blu-ray movies HDCP is important, but I don't know about downloaded HD movies. Not a big problem here since both monitors support HDCP (presumably only over the digital connections). Anyway, between those two, I'd suggest you go with the 23 inch.

thanks already bought the S23b300H Samsung. really great watching it. but the pixels breaks little bit as my movies files are less than it original size. watching at 1.3g till 2gb in bbrip, 720p and 1080p.
really enjoying the results. as set my own setting since i just move from crt of 17inch to this led monitor 23inch it hurts my eyes little bit
