File not opening

Need some more details than that. What type of file, did it open before, does it open on another computer, error messages, what application are you trying to open it with?

my Nero snap viewer cant open the pictures(JPEG) and other kind of pictures but can be opened with microsoft picture manager,Sony PMB.etc, yes it did opened before.Thank you for your prompt reply...(: more power!!!

Are you double clicking on the file? Or going from the Nero program and going to File - Open? If you're trying to double click and have it open with Nero, change the default program associated with the image files. Things vary by OS in XP you go to Tools, Folder Options, File Types.
