I BOUGHT WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM AND ALL I HAVE IS SMALL NOTE BOOK WITH NO DVD PPLAYER HOW DO I DOWN LOAD IT I DO HAVE THE PRODUCT KEY
 
"Small notebook" might equal netbook...

Anyhow, as badge said, if you didn't buy a downloadable version from MSDN or Technet, you will need to plug in an external DVD to install from the disk.

Out of curiosity, where did you buy Windows from? Didn't your computer come with a pre-installed version?

Yea those "small notebooks" do not have dvd players. You can probably pick up an external dvdrom for pretty cheap.
