Bootmgr is missing

i have to deleted something in my hard disk. in 100 mb location..
what should i do??

Not too sure what deleting a file has to do with Bootmgr missing...

I would recommend creating a Hirens Boot CD and utilize some of the options available to attempt to resolve your issue.

You can use one of the many utilities available there to attempt to rebuild your boot.ini file via bootmgr.
