Rainmeter noob, i need some help...

hey guys, i just installed and uninstalled rainmeter about 5 times, the first time it ran properly, however i downloaded the iron temple skin for it, with the apply custom interfacve, or apply as intended setting, cant remember the exact term, i did this assuming i would be greeted by something similiar to the screen cap) and all the widgets disapeared, then i clicked the rainmeter shortcut on my desktop and nothing happened, when i re installed (after deleting the theme from downloads) and selected to launch rainmeter, nothing whatsover happened, appart from the program appearing in the programs directory, selecting the program or a shortcut of it yeilds no results.
