We build hi spec server systems used in the TV broadcasting industry and have recently encountered a problem when we tried to upgrade from dual 550 P3 Zeons to dual 700 P3 Zeons. The system starts up fine, but when you do a lot of input involving the mouse or keyboard, the system can completely hang up. This requires a complete power down and up to solve and can happen in any application and after random amounts of time. We are using a top of the range AOpen dual P3 server motherboard with 512MB of memory and NVidia Geforce graphics cards, does anybody have any idea why this is ?
