Keyboard possessed!

Hello
I've bought a laptop, whose keyboard performs well, but was given a Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 1000 who does not do what it should. The keyboard is set up in the standard way but for example, the keys qwertyuiop when pressed come out usavxmq12 - not ideal.

Can anyone help me please?

heres a thread i found bascially either your drivers need an update or try to take it back to the store for a new one.

though i'm not sure why u need a keyboard for a laptop. just a personal preference thing i guess.
