What Pentium III is currently best for overclocking?

I am using Asus CUSL mobo with Pentium III 800EB overclocked to 900 Mhz, The CPU can go higher, but then I have to set the FSB/RAM ratio at 133/100, and the overall system is slower. Th system is stable at FSB/RAM 150/150.

I am considering bying a watercooler because my Golden Orb is too noisy. So I might as well throw in a Peltier to better my chances of a good overclock.

So I was thinking of a Pentium III 800E which would run 1200 Mhz
with a 150 FSB. But then again it might not even get close.

Can anyone offer good advice?
