I have a MSI KT133 Pro (6080), 800 T-bird Athlon, GeForce2. I installed the Via 4-in-1 update which hosed the system. Reformatted and reinstalled Win98SE but now everything runs about half as well as it used to, like the CPU (or video card) is totally drained. Tried going back all the way to deleting the partition and doing everything all over again. Same thing.
PLEASE HELP! ANYONE!

have you tried flashing your bios? Another reason why your systen is so slow could be because the l2 catche is disenabled
