Duron 600@1000 1.85 volts ABIT KT-7 Raid w/alpha PAL6035 Heatsink. I boot up play Diablo II for about an hour or so. No real problems playing but as soon as i go to shutdown the machine it locks up?

Anyone hav any ideas on this.....Also what is a good program that I can use to really test stability?
