A point of curiosity for the code-divers, or testers. (I as going to
try and work some of this out on WADOMF but I can't find ADOM g16pr2
anywhere - anyone got a link?)

Potion-specialist merchants get Alchemy. Do Scroll/Wand merchants get
any bonuses? For example, better results when charging wands, or
increased chances to write scrolls with writing sets?

Well, let's see...

If merchants specialize in scrolls, they get 1d20+29 added to thier
literacy skill.

If they specialize in potions, they get 1d(Learning) added to alchemy.

I think that is all the direct bonuses from thier specializations, so
nothing too interesting.

I'm surprised this isn't available on Thomas' site - it's one of the
better versions ever written. This is not linked to the GB.

A blessed ElDeR cHaOs GoD figurine of wondrous power (25s) is lying

It is also on adom.de, afaik not linked from anywhere though:
http://www.adom.de/adom/download/prereleases/

That's probably my favourite version of the game.
